Help regarding our Contao extensions
Premium support
If your problem is time-sensitive and needs to be solved quickly, the best option would be to commission us with solving your problem. We will immediately take charge of the extension or your system.
The solution is usually ready within a few days or even hours. If you are interested in our premium support, please contact us directly for fees and further details.
Free support
Of course, there is also free support with regards to problems within our Community. Depending on the number of enquiries pending, however, this option may take some time.
To get free support, you have two options:
- Go to the official Contao-Forum. Use the search function to find out if the problem is known or if someone has already found a solution to it.
- If the problem has not occurred before, post it in the Forum. Please note that there are sub-forums for certain extensions. If you are sure that there is an error in the programme code of the module, please open a ticket (additionally) to register the problem.
Found a bug?
I have been using the contao-forge.org ticket system to keep track of my extensions since 2010. Please use contao-forge.org to report bugs if you are sure they are related to the programme code (not related to incorrect use). If there is no project to fix the extension, you can create a new project for it.
